Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Prewire ("Prewire", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Prewire website, feeds, alerts, and any related service (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service — including the free public feed — you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is (and is not)
Prewire automatically monitors publicly accessible sources — package registries, public APIs, public repositories, documentation pages, public filings, and similar — and reports changes it observes, such as new model identifiers, feature flags, and endpoints. It reports only what is already public; it does not access private systems or non-public data.
The Service is an automated information feed. It is not journalism, professional advice, or a recommendation of any kind — not financial, investment, trading, legal, or business advice. Prewire is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any AI lab or company it reports on. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject of a detection.
2. No guarantee of accuracy — verify before you rely
Detections are generated by automated systems, including AI-generated summaries and draft posts, and are provided for information only. A detection is a signal, not a verified fact. Detections may be wrong, incomplete, mislabeled, out of date, or misattributed; AI-generated text may contain errors. Signals derived from compiled artifacts may include third-party or bundled content. You are solely responsible for verifying any detection before you rely on it, publish it, trade on it, or make any decision based on it. Anything you publish based on the Service is published by you alone, under your own name and at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for it.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't resell, redistribute, scrape at scale, or repackage the Service or the paid instant feed as your own product or dataset.
- Don't share paid-channel access or invite links with non-members.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or any third party's rights or terms.
We may suspend or permanently revoke access (including paid access, without refund) for any breach of these Terms.
4. Paid plans, billing, and refunds
Paid tiers are billed through our third-party payment processor (currently Gumroad); your purchase is also subject to the processor's own terms. If you are unhappy for any reason within 14 days of purchase, email support@prewire.pro for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change at any time for new purchases.
5. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Service
Any plan described as "lifetime" grants access for as long as the Service continues to operate — the lifetime of the Service, not of the purchaser. It is a one-time price, not a perpetual guarantee. It does not obligate us to operate the Service, or any particular feature, source, channel, or delivery mechanism, for any period of time. We may modify, reduce, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If the Service is discontinued, changed, or interrupted — including after a lifetime purchase — no refund, credit, or compensation is owed beyond anything required by non-waivable law. If you do not accept this, do not purchase a lifetime plan.
6. Availability
The Service runs on best-effort automated infrastructure, including third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Telegram, and payment processors) that we do not control. We do not guarantee any uptime, detection latency, delivery of any alert, coverage of any source, or that any particular event will be detected at all. Third-party outages, API changes, or account restrictions may interrupt the Service and are not our responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its feeds, summaries, and site content, is owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own purposes, including quoting individual detections (with or without credit) in your own posts. This license does not include bulk reproduction or resale of the feed itself.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT — TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, REPUTATION, AUDIENCE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE — INCLUDING MISSED, LATE, INACCURATE, OR MISLEADING DETECTIONS, ANYTHING YOU PUBLISH OR DECIDE BASED ON THE SERVICE, OR THE MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, USD $10). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, anything you publish or distribute based on it, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Disputes, governing law, and claims window
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@prewire.pro and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the events giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior statements, including marketing copy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted here, reflected by the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it. If you don't accept a change, stop using the Service.
