openai just dropped 7.45.0 of their npm package with a new `gpt-6.1-terra` model id. also spotted some new file search chunking params and a `ranker` option.
looks like openai is working on more advanced file search! new `chunk_overlap_tokens` and `chunk_size_tokens` in the latest npm release, plus `gpt-6.1-terra` is now showing up.
