Anthropic's SDK update 0.120.0 introduces new features around context, memory, and tool use, with changes to how file tools and sessions are handled.

anthropic just updated their sdk, looks like they're refining how agents manage memory and tool access. interesting changes around `allowedRoots` and `session` management!
new anthropic sdk version dropped! some interesting hints about better context summarization for long tasks and clearer guidance on tool usage schema. always good to see more dev tools.
